On January 11, 2012, it was discovered that the McLennan County, Texas, Sheriff’s Department had issued and order for the murder of new energy inventor Peter Paul Sumaruck.
Information on this order for Mr. Sumaruck’s removal was relayed in an emergency message by supporters via the country of Brazil. Sumaruck was informed he would be pulled over by a McLennan County Sheriff’s deputy and shot right there on the road.
Various individuals and groups have been employed to attempt to stop Mr. Sumaruck’s invention from worldwide adoption – the inventor creates free and unlimited electric power without fuel, and there are many who want its proliferation stopped. Brazil was the first country to have this technology.
Wednesday’s revelation was the most recent incident in a long series of harassment and physical assaults on Mr. Sumaruck’s civil rights. This past Saturday, Jan. 7, Mr. Sumaruck’s neighborhood of six homes in Bruceville was strafed and terrorized for 40 minutes by a crop duster, circling and diving, at times only 10 feet off the ground, and less than 20 feet from Mr. Sumaruck’s home, in this residential neighborhood – there are no farms or agri-businesses for many miles around so the plane was not lost.
MrSumaruck has been under assault by the Sheriff’s Department since 2004 in a variety of situations. While Sumaruck was nearing completion of his prototype for the US Army at Fort Hood (under contract to power the ground war in Iraq with electric battery-free mobile generators)
Pete was pulled over on Federal military base property and issued a ticket for not having auto insurance even though he did have hardcopy proof of a 5 day grace period for the insurance. He immediately went to his insurance agent, who sent a written notice that their client had proof of insurance. Also since he was on Federal property, they had no jurisdiction to issue a citation
Next, Sumaruck received notice that his citation would cost $128.00. Fort Hood authorities guaranteed they would remedy the situation.
There were two factions in the military: those who were excited about the enormous benefits of Pete Sumaruck’s technology for the military; and the faction that intended to stop Sumaruck from completing his project due to their own agendas.
The most strident example of this conflict involved two Texas politicians. It was soon after the insurance citation that Pete’s prototype was ready for time trials, prior to going into production of 500 mobile power units destined for Iraq, Pete’s prototype was stolen and U.S. Congressman Chet Edwards and Texas State Senator Kip Averitt admittedly had Sumaruck’s project shelved in favor of developing nuclear power plants in Texas – regardless of the benefit to powering the ground war in Iraq.
A year and a half later, Pete Sumaruck was arrested for the original supposed insurance violation and now ordered to pay $4,000.00 for the fine, which would go into the county coffers even though the supposed infraction occurred on Fort Hood Federal property. He was arrested by McLennan County Sheriffs deputies and put in jail. Pete was denied his heart medication, wand not given medical attention – he went into a coma.
Hours later, in the night, his bail bondsman Art Hill came to find out what was going on when he found Mr. Sumaruck in the dark, in a wheelchair, unconscious, left outside the Sheriff‘s facility. The authorities must have hoped Pete would be mugged and left for dead in this dangerous location in Waco. But Sumaruck was lucky; he was alive and he still had the money in cash in his pocket.
From then to 2011, when Pete renewed his license, the court demanded that he pay an additional $100.00 for that illegal insurance infraction – again and again even thought records show he unnecessarily paid the previous fines. This past 2011, he said no – he refused and finally found someone who would acknowledge the county’s mistake, though no refund was given.
In 2009, Pete was living in a different location in Goshion, TX onthe Brazos River. For a year and a half there were various incidents of inventor suppression – attempted vehicular homicide damaging Pete’s two valuable trucks, (one a 1974 Classic Dodge truck). Sheriffs’ deputies refused to investigate, though Sumaruck had proof.
In 2010, Pete and his friend, Major Todd Hathaway were on the highway when the son of the owner of the property where Pete lived, Terry Reddell Jr. , tried to run them off the road by goading Pete over the embankment or hitting their vehicle at a high speed. Pete continued on at his even speed, saying he had 16 airbags and would not be intimidated. Both men saw the assailant’s face clearly but again the Sheriff’s Department refused to investigate this attempted homicide.
Than in October of 2010, Pete was arrested for firing his pellet gun at his neighbors’ two dogs when they entered his property and were viciously attacking Pete’s two cats and their kittens.
Again Pete was arrested for a frivolous issue – the supposed law was “endangering a farm animal.” The sheriffs’ deputies handcuffed Pete, and severely beat him in a garage. He was then thrown into the drunk tank (Mr. Sumaruck does not drink alcohol) on the cold cement floor and again refused his heart medication. There were no legitimate medical personal at the facility, though many concerned individuals called the Sheriffs about Pete‘s wellbeing.
I called and was told and was told very politely that Mr. Sumaruck was being tended by medical personnel… but that was not the truth. Pete’s friend, Major Hathaway also called the facility, speaking to officer Regis. Hathaway demanded that Pete be given medical attention, and was assured he would be treated,. That did not happen. Pete lay on the floor and went into a coma. In the morning, when his attorney arrived, he informed everyone that this was not a jailable offence.
When the issue went to court, the offence was called frivolous, and was dropped for lack of evidence – the prosecutor walked out, case dismissed.
Sumaruck says, “That place is a Nazi jail for prisoners of war.”
It also turns out that in 2010 and in 2011 two other prisoners were diabetics and were refused their insulin – they both died. Investigations and law suits are pending.
Pete Sumaruck moved from that area a year ago in Oct. 2010, but the McLennan Sheriffs Department and their deputies are still vicious and vindictive and use sadism as part of a concerted effort to stop Sumaruck’s technology from coming to fruition. Again it’s attempted murder, now with the order coming publicly from McLennan Sheriffs Department.
The Sheriff’s Department must now stand down.
